If you are not receiving your verification code via SMS or email, please try these two steps:
1. Check your spam folder for the email with the verification code
2. Whitelist the email address info@swipelux.com and try again
If you’ve tried both of these steps and still haven’t received the verification email, please send Swipelux a support request with as many details as possible, including your order ID, the email you used and your Name. You can expect to hear back from Swipelux within 24 hours.
