I can't see my staked DIO/rewards on the website

If you can't see DIO that you have staked, or rewards, you can use this troubleshooting guide:

- Refresh the page
- Check that your wallet is still connected
- Verify from your wallet that the staking transaction was successful
- Wait for 60 minutes for the cache to update
- Wait for 24 hours for rewards to appear

If the front-end does not show staked DIO or rewards, do not worry - if the transaction has been executed on the blockchain, they are safely staked and earning rewards. There are sometimes delays with the front-end updating with the blockchain transactions on the back-end.
